Return and Refund Policy

Incorrect Items

Arsenal & Ammunition Store will replace any goods that are not what you ordered, or if you return them within 10 days of receipt, you will receive a full refund (or 10 days from the day the box was delivered if you ordered online). The initial costs for shipping and handling are not refunded. Offers could be changed as a result of exchanges, cancellations, and refunds. Products that have been used are not covered by Arsenal and Ammunition Store’s guarantee; in that case, you will need to send them straight to the manufacturer for replacement.

Orders cancelled while processing (the order has been placed, invoiced, and/or shipped) and unopened items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Goods are only accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date. Refused shipments are subject to return freight charges.

  • Any firearm that is accepted is non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Special-order items may not be returned.
  • Cancelled warehouse item orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Manufacturer warranties are in effect for all firearms. Sending your firearm straight to the manufacturer for maintenance or repair is usually the best option. The majority of manufacturers provide excellent service; if you come across a manufacturer who refuses to cooperate with valid warranty claims, give us a call and we will fight for you.

Every day, the online inventory is updated. Errors can occasionally appear in listings. Arsenal & Ammunition Store is entitled to reject any order, including ones from internet ads that have mistakes in the price, title, or description. In the event that an order needs to be canceled, the customer will be notified, and their card will not be charged or refunded. If an order is accidentally dispatched, the consumer must return the item unopened in order to avoid being billed. By completing an online order, the buyer consents to Arsenal & Ammunition Store making the final decision about any disputes.

Triggers

Trigger returns are not accepted. Every sale is final.

Layaway

Layaways apply just to guns. There is a 90-day maximum for the layaway option. A 30% non-refundable down payment of the total cost of your item(s) is required. You can always make payments using your online account. No payments are due every month. Should a layaway not be settled in full by the conclusion of the agreed-upon term, your 30% down payment will be lost.

The layaway order must be kept up-to-date by the customer. Orders for layaway begin on the day they are placed, not when the first payment is received. Clients that take out a layaway will have ninety days to pay for it. Orders that are not paid in full by the deadline will be canceled.

Used Guns

The warranty is for thirty days. At our choice, we will either replace, repair, or refund the purchase. Weapons returned for warranty claims that have been modified, have missing components, or have undergone amateur gunsmithing are not eligible for the 30-day warranty. Electronic devices like lights, lasers, rangefinders, hearing protectors, and other electronics are protected by their manufacturers and need to be returned to them for maintenance or replacement. These kinds of products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Only electronic devices with warranties from reliable manufacturers are carried by us. Note that we go through all of the manufacturer’s warranties very carefully to make sure our customers are protected. With the exception of certain items like guns, electronics, and optical equipment, you have 15 days to return any unsatisfied accessory product for a complete refund, less shipping expenses. The item needs to be brand new, undamaged, and complete with all labels and documentation. To return a purchase, get in touch with us by phone or email.
